The Wildland Preserve is a forest and wildlife community concept providing landowners with a means to continue forestland management while experiencing their investment.  Owners within the community dedicate a majority of their lands to forest and wildlife management while restricting their individual footprint to small areas (three acres or less).  Forest communities, through recorded protective covenants, support certified forestry plans, firewise management, and a shared recreational network.
